Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment is scheduled to begin to allow time for registration and filling in forms.
Make suitable travel arrangements beforehand as you may need pupil dilating drops which blur vision for 4-6 hours and you will not be able to drive.
Ensure that you have the appropriate insurance information, your referral letter and a list of all medication you are taking
If you would like to cancel an appointment, please allow at least 24 hours notice
